We’re a pirate frequency — the kind that hums between stations, too faint to chart, too stubborn to disappear. What started as a few late-night recordings turned into something bigger: a place for stories, memory, and all the strange noise that lives between what’s said and what’s meant.

This isn’t corporate radio. There’s no playlist committee, no clock-watching producer, no ads you can’t laugh at. It’s just a crew of makers — led by Steven Carter — hijacking the static to say something honest.

📻 What We Broadcast

77.7 FM carries two ongoing transmissions:

• Between the Dials – an analog-horror / heart-signal hybrid exploring memory, loss, and the ghosts that travel on radio waves.

• CEE YATA – a grounded, real-world frequency where the wedding industry takes off its headset and tells the truth about joy, burnout, and building community.

They couldn’t be more different — and that’s the point. Both are born from the same signal: creativity as survival.

Everything here is built by hand — recorded in borrowed spaces, mixed after midnight, and fueled by too much coffee and just enough belief that art still matters.
